Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Digital Products (Downloads)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” all digital sales are final.
Exceptions may be made if:
- You were charged twice
- The file is corrupted and we can’t provide a working replacement
- You can’t access the download and support can’t resolve it
Physical Products
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Item is in original packaging (if applicable)
- You provide proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
- Digital downloads
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products (if offered)
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
